Farm Fresh Marinated Tomatoes and Feta Dip

We had an abundance of summer tomatoes this year as well as basil and parsley so we decided to make this refreshing, delicious dip.

You’ll need feta, sour cream, ricotta, cream cheese, honey, lemon, salt and pepper, and olive oil for the dip, and you’ll need fresh tomatoes, basil, parsley, and olive oil for the topping.

This dip is so, so good and a great way to use up all of those beautiful summer cherry tomatoes!
